Yes. At 1300×1700 px it prints cleanly at roughly A5 size, and acceptably at A4 for most document purposes.

Does the tool change my image from PNG to JPG?

Yes, the output is always JPEG. That is what Indian portals expect and it is far smaller than PNG for photographs and scans.

Is my image uploaded to a server?
