- •Photo above 50 KB — the IBPS/SBI form silently rejects it.
- •Photo below 20 KB — flagged as too low-quality.
- •Signature in capital letters — IBPS requires running (cursive) signature only.
- •Signature by anyone other than the candidate — leads to disqualification.
Official rules
- •IBPS/SBI accept JPEG only.
- •Photo: 20–50 KB, 200×230 px, plain light background.
- •Signature: 10–20 KB, 140×60 px, black ink on white paper.
- •Signature must be in running handwriting — not block letters.
