Why the form rejects your upload
- •Photo above 50 KB — the RRB CEN form silently rejects the upload.
- •Photo without the candidate's name and date printed below the face.
- •Coloured or textured background — RRB expects a plain light background.
- •Signature in capital letters or by someone other than the candidate.
Official rules
- •RRB accepts JPG/JPEG only.
- •Photo: 20–50 KB, 35 mm × 45 mm (≈240×320 px), taken within last 3 months.
- •Signature: 10–40 KB, black ink on plain white paper, running (cursive) handwriting.
- •Print the candidate's name and date of photograph clearly below the face.
