What to include in your request
- •The name of the exam, form, or portal (e.g. "SSC CGL 2026", "Aadhaar enrolment")
- •The exact file-size limit the form mentions (e.g. "20–50 KB")
- •The required pixel dimensions, if the form specifies them
- •A link to the official portal or notification so we can verify
Report a bug
If a resized photo was rejected by a form, tell us which form and what error message it showed. Include the target size and the actual size of the file you downloaded — that helps us fix the compression for that specific portal.
