The service
ShantiTools is a free utility that resizes and compresses photos and signatures to the file sizes and dimensions required by online application forms. All processing happens in your browser; your files are not uploaded to our servers.
Who can use it
Anyone may use ShantiTools free of charge for personal or professional purposes, including students, job applicants, and cyber cafe or CSC operators helping others fill forms.
Not affiliated with any government body
ShantiTools is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UPSC, SSC, NTA, IBPS, RRB, any State Public Service Commission, the Passport Seva portal, or any other government or examination authority.
Check the official notification
We keep our presets in line with published requirements, but portals can change their rules at any time. Always confirm the current photo and signature specifications in the official notification before submitting your application.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos and signatures you process. Only use images you have the right to use, and do not use the tool for forgery, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
ShantiTools is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every output will be accepted by every portal.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShantiTools is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool, including rejected applications, missed deadlines, or lost data.
Advertising and third parties
The site may display ads served by third parties such as Google, and links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
