How to pick the right size
- Read the form's instruction line — it usually says "photo must be less than X KB".
- Pick that exact size above. If your limit sits between two options, choose the smaller one.
- Check the pixel dimensions too. Some portals reject a file that is the right weight but the wrong shape.
- Upload, download, and attach the result to your form.
