300×150px · 10–20 KBHow it works
- Upload a scan or photo of your signature (JPG or PNG, any size).
- We center-crop to 300×150 px on a white background and tune JPEG quality until the file lands between 10 and 20 KB.
- Download and upload it straight to the form.
Everything runs on your device — your signature is never sent to a server.

Getting the scan right
- •6 cm × 2 cm at 50 DPI = 300 × 150 pixels. At 200 DPI it would be 1200 × 400 px — most portals mean the 50 DPI version.
- •A 3:1 width-to-height ratio is what the form expects. Sign on a wide strip of paper so the crop looks natural.
